I am SO PROUD to now be a part of the amazing group of Body Positive fitness revolutionaries involved in Superfit Hero’s Body Positive Fitness Finder. Body Positive trainers are offering fitness programs that prioritize performance goals over weight loss. For these programs, fun and community have replaced shame and punishment. Movement is celebrated for how good it feels and for the physical and mental health benefits available to all body types. Superfit Hero created the Body Positive Fitness Finder to help people find groundbreaking fitness professionals and to help steer the fitness industry in this more positive direction.
