Personal training sessions are offered in person at Eden Studio OR virtually from home for those concerned about safety/health, or folks living outside of San Francisco. Pricing below is specific to in-person sessions; pricing for virtual sessions varies, so please contact me directly for those price points. All sessions are one hour (60 minutes) and include a complete custom training program designed to fit your unique goals. Tandem (two-person) sessions are also available - please contact me directly for partnered pricing.

Virtual Nutrition Coaching

All nutrition consultations are currently performed remotely for your convenience. Initial nutrition consultations are one hour (60 minutes); follow-up consults are 30 minutes.

Training & Nutrition Combo Packages

If you want personal training AND a deep dive into nutrition, this option is for you. Personal training sessions can be completed in person or virtually, nutrition consultations are completed virtually. Training sessions are one hour (60 minutes) and include full custom programming. Initial nutrition consults are one hour (60 minutes); follow-up nutrition consults are 30 minutes long and include full custom nutrition programming. Training sessions and nutrition consults can be used at separate times.

One 60-minute training session + one 60-minute nutrition consult with custom training and nutrition programming

Already comfortable working out on your own, but don’t want to write your own workouts? Workout programs can be provided! Workout programs can be customized to your workout schedule (i.e. how many days per week you work out) and include flexibility, mobility, core work, resistance training and cardio programming. It is recommended that you change up your workouts every 2-4 weeks for optimal progress.

Single workout program…………..$60
Includes up to six days of resistance training and cardio programming, which can be used for up to 4 weeks. It is not recommended to perform the same program for longer than 4 weeks.

6-week package…………………………$165 ($55/program update)
Includes up to six days of complete workout programming, to be updated every two weeks for 6 weeks.

12-week package………………………..$270 ($45/program update)
Includes up to six days of complete workout programming, to be updated every two weeks for 12 weeks.
